Our Mission: Impact and Change To provide pre-release education, personal development, and post release mentoring and support to currently and formerly incarcerated men and women, equipping them with the confidence, truth, and practical tools needed to successfully transition back into society. We empower individuals to rebuild their lives, strengthen their families, pursue meaningful employment, and make positive contributions to their communities. Our Purpose: Family. Home. Education. Community. Our words and intentions have power—they influence our choices, shape our values, and guide the paths we take. Our mission is rooted in a deep commitment to supporting currently and formerly incarcerated individuals as they prepare to rebuild their lives and reintegrate into society.

Project LPP goes beyond short-term certificate or one-size-fits-all programs. Our one-of-a-kind, heart-centered and people-focused approach takes a holistic view of personal growth and reintegration. Our sessions are intentionally flexible and responsive, addressing the real challenges participants will face upon release while providing information that will help to equip them with the tools, resilience, and mindset needed to successfully navigate life while and beyond incarceration.

Please Note: Project LPP will always provide a respectful, supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment that aims to empower every man and women to rebuild through willingness, learning, counseling, and mentoring. While our focus is supporting disadvantage and underserved men and women of color, Project LPP is all inclusive and welcomes every current and formerly incarcerated man and woman into our programs.
