Our Mission: Impact and Change To offer pre-release education, personal empowerment, and support to men and women currently incarcerated. Our primary aim is to help break away societal barriers, preparing individuals to secure gainful and meaningful employment, in order to thrive, and make positive impacts for self, family, children, employment, and community. Our Purpose: Family. Home. Education. Community. Every word we speak holds profound significance, guiding our actions and shaping our values. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to supporting formerly incarcerated individuals as they reintegrate into society. We understand that a nurturing environment is crucial for their growth, well-being, and reentry success.

Project LPP works to empower men and women to develop the skills and confidence necessary to thrive in a competitive society and job market.
Our one of a kind heart centered-people focused program takes a holistic approach, allowing our sessions to be fluid, addressing the unique challenges that we know our participants will face upon release, yet ensuring we are helping them obtain the tools needed to navigate life beyond incarceration successfully.

Please Note: Project LPP will always provide a respectful, supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment that aims to empower every man and women to rebuild through willingness, learning, counseling, and mentoring. While our focus is supporting disadvantage and underserved men and women of color, Project LPP is all inclusive and welcomes every formerly incarcerated man and woman into our programs.
