Where our program participants and their families live, we serve. Serving incarcerated, formerly incarcerated, and their families in Beaufort, Colleton, Jasper, Hampton, Allendale, Savannah, and Charleston.

- Why Project Lead-Protect-Provide? Project LPP was created with a clear purpose: to intentionally support marginalized men who have been disproportionately impacted by the criminal justice system and the prison pipeline. The disparities are undeniable, especially for Black and Hispanic men.
- The numbers tell a story of unequal exposure to the criminal justice system: 1 in 15 African American men 1 in 36 Hispanic men 1 in 106 white men Project LPP exists because behind every statistic is a person, a family, and a community affected by incarceration. Our work is rooted in Lead. Protect. Provide.—helping men navigate incarceration with purpose, prepare for reentry, strengthen relationships, develop personal accountability, and build a path forward. Our Mission: To equip incarcerated men—regardless of sentence length or release
- eligibility—with the mindset, accountability, education, and life skills necessary for successful incarceration,
- meaningful personal transformation, and successful reentry whenever release is possible.
- At the same time, we work with justice-involved teen boys to prevent them from ever entering the adult correctional
- system by teaching responsibility, resilience, character, and purpose before incarceration becomes their future. Because we believe every life can grow.
- Every sentence can have purpose.
- Every community is stronger when transformation replaces hopelessness.
Our words and intentions have the power to shape lives.
They influence how we think, the choices we make, the values we embrace, and ultimately the
future we create.
Project LPP believes every incarcerated man deserves the opportunity to grow, regardless of whether release is possible. Human potential does not end at sentencing.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that successful incarceration is the foundation for successful reentry—and for those who will never return to society, successful incarceration still matters. We help equip incarcerated men with the mindset, accountability, personal development, life skills, and purpose needed to grow into the best version of themselves.
For men who will one day return home, we intentionally prepare them for successful release and reentry—helping them rebuild relationships, strengthen character, pursue meaningful employment, and become positive contributors to their families and communities.
Whether freedom lies beyond the prison gate or within personal transformation behind it, Project LPP exists to ensure that incarceration is not wasted time, but purposeful time.
Every life has value. Every sentence is an opportunity for growth. Every man deserves the chance to move from past to purpose.

Please Note: Project LPP will always provide a respectful, supportive, inclusive, and nurturing environment that aims to empower every man and woman to rebuild through willingness, learning, counseling, and mentoring. While our focus is supporting disadvantage and underserved men of color, Project LPP is all inclusive and welcomes every current and formerly incarcerated man and woman into our programs.
